Australian Green Tea - Gurạdji is a native Australian tea, used by Indigenous people for thousands of years ceremonially and medicinally. Green Tea is rich in poly phenols, which have beneficial effects such as reducing inflammation and helping to fight cancer.

Use 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea per cup. Pour in boiling water and let it rest for 1 minute if you like your tea natural, or 3 to 4 minutes if you add honey, sugar or milk.
